Q. How many links should I have in order to fit my wirst?
A. It is best to measure your wrist and see our chart below. If you are ordering for another person and can not measure their wrist, it is best to order in accordance to the large size (ie, 14 link starter bracelet and then 5 charms or additional stainless steel links offered for sale individually in each showroom). The person can always take away a link or two of the plain stainless steel if it is too big.

Q. You have a few different showrooms offering charms from different designers. Do I have to stick to one designer for my bracelet or can I choose charms from any one of the showrooms?
A. You can pick and choose from any of the showroom charms and add them to any of the starter bracelets selected from any of the showrooms. All charms in each showroom are fully compatible with eachother and all the starter bracelets, as long as you stay in the same size charm. Currently we are only offering the most common and sought after size charm/bracelet which is the Medium or 9mm size. Check back often as we will be opening up more showrooms from different designers and adding more charms to the current showrooms.

Q. How do I add a charm to my starter bracelet?
A. (put the info again that is on the home page showing the drawing and the instruction) Each link is spring loaded and using your thumb, slide one of the charms open and hook this together with the other charm at a 45 degree angle. Also, we are offering (available in each showroom) the new "Charm Key" which is a wonderful tool to let you attach your charms so easily. Simply insert the plastic end of the key in-between two links & turn the crown on top of the key. Your link stays open as long as you need while you attach it to the other link. Each key comes packaged with easy instructions on the back.

Q. What are the different widths or sizes of each link and what should I order?
A. Currently, we only offer the most popular size of link/charm and that is the Medium 9mm size. The Medium size has the biggest selection of charms and is the most popular size with everyone. As the selection for the Small 7mm and the Large 13mm get bigger, we will be adding them down the line.

Q. How should I clean my Bracelet and charms?
Stainless Steel and 18 kt gold are such high quality metals that you can wear your bracelets everyday and not just on special occassions. Like any other good jewelry though, it is not recommended that you shower or bathe with your bracelets on. Though they will not tarnish or rust, we do sell a jeweler’s cleaning cloth (available in each showroom) that is wonderful for cleaning off any dust and keeping them beautifully shiny.

Q. Can I pay by check, money order or COD?
A. We DO NOT accept checks, money orders, or COD orders. We only accept all major credit cards VISA, MASTERCARD, AMEX, or DISCOVER for payment.

Q. How will I know about recent additions to your showrooms or what is going on in the Italian Stainless Steel and 18 kt gold division?
A. Go into the ABOUT CHARMS section of this site about once a month and the newsletter will be updated to keep you informed about additions to the showrooms that you might want to check out or any information as to what is new that is coming into the market from Italy. This will be a good way to stay informed because our buyer might have just gotten back from a jewelry show somewhere and new products will be coming out all the time.

Q. Are the charms always in stock and what if you run out of a certain charm before you fill my order?
A. We try our best to update the web site as to the status of our charms. In the event that a certain charm or starter bracelet sells out as we are packing another order that has come in before yours and the status on the site is not yet updated at that minute, we will email you with a choice of either holding your order until the charm comes back in or sending off the order without it, refunding your card for the price of the item or exchanging the charm that is out of stock for another one of the same price (you can always be charged any additional $ if you select a higher priced charm if you need). Please always provide an email address that you check often once you place an order or a phone number that you can be reached at in the event that your email address belongs to someone else. We always will contact you via email up to two times first before resorting to a phone call due to time differences in areas of the country, people at work and not at home during our store hours, (moms at home with the children but they are napping and we do not want to wake them :) , international time differences if you are in another country making this orderand lastly, the cost to us.

Q. Is this a secure server? Is my credit information encrypted for maximum protection?
A. Very definitely YES.
Shopping at Charmed Gallery.com is so secure, it's safer than using your credit card at your local restaurant or store. Currently we accept American Express, Visa, Mastercard and Discover / Novus credit cards. We use Verisign Digital Verification to create a secure link using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL), an advanced encryption technology. This encryption technology makes it impossible for anyone else to intercept your information. This is safer than using your credit card at the gas station. If you don't see the little lock symbol (in the lower left corner of your browser) in it's locked mode, you're not on a secure page. The only pages that need to be secure are the shopping cart pages where you would be providing information. That's why this page and the other catalog pages are not secure and show an unlocked lock. Remember, your credit card protects you, not the merchant against fraud.
